Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. International shipping is not yet available but is planned for later in 2026. All orders ship from our facility in Washington State.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information sent via email. You can track your package using the tracking number provided by our shipping carrier. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
Packaging
FanSync products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Each bobblehead ships in a branded box with protective foam inserts, USB-C cable, and a quick-start guide. We use recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.
