We want you to love your FanSync. If you don't, we'll make it right.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all FanSync products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
  • In good condition — not physically damaged through misuse
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

FanSync devices that have been connected and used are still eligible for return. We understand you need to try the product to know if you love it.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@fansync.net with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 1 business day with a return authorization and shipping label
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it using the provided label
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

Want to exchange your FanSync for a different sport or model? Contact us and we'll arrange the exchange. We'll send you the new product as soon as we receive the returned item, or ship it immediately if you prefer to pay for the new item upfront.

Defective Products

If your FanSync product arrives defective or develops a fault within 90 days of purchase, we'll replace it at no cost — including return shipping. Contact us with a description of the issue and we'll take care of it.

Return Shipping

For standard returns (change of mind), return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we provided a prepaid label. For defective products, we cover all return shipping costs.
