Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Rather than charging a fixed markup, we pass through the lowest available carrier rate for your shipment—so you only pay for actual shipping. Your exact cost is shown before you pay, with no surprises.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories from our facility in Washington State. For international shipping inquiries, email our contact form and we'll work with you on options.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information sent via email. You can track your package using the tracking number provided by our shipping carrier. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
Packaging
FanSync products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Each FanSync device ships in a branded box with protective foam inserts, USB-C cable, and a quick-start guide. We use recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.
