By accessing or using fansync.net and any FanSync products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or products. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sports IoT LLC.

Products & Services

FanSync products are IoT-connected sports collectibles that require a WiFi internet connection and the FanSync companion app for setup and operation. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that:

• A stable WiFi connection (2.4 GHz) is required for real-time game sync features
• Product features depend on the availability of live sports data from third-party providers
• Over-the-air firmware updates may be delivered automatically to improve functionality
• Product images on our website are representative and may vary slightly from the actual product

Purchases & Payments

All purchases are processed securely through our payment partner. By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• All information you provide is accurate and complete
• Prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice
• Sales tax will be applied where required by law

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors.

Intellectual Property

All content on fansync.net — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Sports IoT LLC and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws. FanSync™ and Sports IoT™ are trademarks of Sports IoT LLC. Our connected sports memorabilia technology is protected by US Patents 11,810,480 and 12,198,578.

User Accounts

When you create an account through the FanSync app, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sports IoT LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

FanSync products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to live game data, as this depends on third-party sports data providers and internet connectivity.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
