Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using fansync.net and any FanSync products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or products. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sports IoT LLC. Your use of our website and products is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Products & Services

FanSync products are IoT-connected sports collectibles that require a WiFi internet connection for setup and operation. Setup is performed from any web browser via an on-device setup page (no app to download). By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that:

  • A stable WiFi connection (2.4 GHz, WPA or WPA2-Personal — WPA2-Enterprise is not supported) is required
  • Product features depend on the availability of live sports data from third-party providers
  • Firmware updates may be made available from time to time to improve functionality
  • Product images on our website are representative and may vary slightly from the actual product

Purchases & Payments

All purchases are processed securely through our payment partner. By placing an order, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete
  • Prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice
  • Sales tax will be applied where required by law

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors.

Intellectual Property

All content on fansync.net — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Sports IoT LLC and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws. FanSync™ and Sports IoT™ are trademarks of Sports IoT LLC. Our connected sports memorabilia technology is protected by US Patents 11,810,480 and 12,198,578.

User Accounts

When you create an account on fansync.net, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sports IoT LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for any limited warranty expressly provided with your device, FanSync products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you, and nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable statutory or consumer rights you may have.

Connected Devices & Live Game Data

FanSync devices rely on live game data supplied by third parties and on your internet and WiFi connection. That data may be delayed, interrupted, incomplete, or inaccurate, and celebrations may occasionally be missed, delayed, or triggered in error. The value of your FanSync as a collectible does not depend on the accuracy or availability of any live data feed, and we are not liable for missed, delayed, or erroneous celebrations or for any third-party data feed or connectivity issue outside our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
